The Town of Brentwood, NH is seeking a full-time Recreation Director to plan and manage
community programs, events, and sports leagues, oversee recreation facilities and site rentals, and
promote activities for residents of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in
Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5
years of experience in recreation or community services, strong organizational and leadership
skills, and a valid NH driver’s license. This exempt position requires some evening and weekend
hours. The salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with qualifications
and experience.
