Department Chief Joe Bird has given his retirement notice effective October 30th.
The Town
of Brentwood would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to Chief Bird for his
more than 37 years of dedicated service to our community. Throughout his
career, Chief Bird has been a steady leader and a constant presence, always
putting the safety and well-being of Brentwood’s residents first. His
commitment, experience, and care for the town have made a lasting impact that
will be felt for years to come.
We
encourage residents to stop by the Brentwood Fire Department to thank Chief
Bird in person and wish him well as he begins his next chapter.
