About Us
The Budget Committee (BudCom) shall carefully review all requests for budgets and all revenue estimates, shall give consideration to all lawful requests for the ensuing fiscal year and shall review expenditure reports periodically pursuant to RSA 32 as may be amended from time to time.

Meetings
Meetings are generally held on Mondays at 6:00pm at the Town Office, during budget season. Budget season typically runs October through January. In the off-season meetings are held as needed.
Annual Public Hearing
A Public Hearing for Town and School Budgets happens in early February. There is an annual Public Budget Hearing, in early February, when the Budget Committee’s budget is presented to the town.
Membership
The Budget Committee has a total of 7 members:
- 5 voting members are elected to serve three-year terms, on a staggered basis
- 1 voting member is a representative from the Selectboard
- 1 voting member is a representative from the Brentwood School Board
