Checklist for New Construction and Minor Projects

  1. Subdivision Approval Number
  2. Site plan for commercial and cluster/condo development approval(s)
  3. Plot Plan
    1. The plot plan must show district/lot setbacks and location of the project.
  4. Driveway Permit Application
  5. Septic ISDS Approval Number
  6. Plans should have two sets, one to scale at 24x36 and another to scale at 11x17
    1. Should include:
      1. Foundation
      2. Floor Plan
      3. Elevation
      4. Frame Detail
    2. For Commercial, list building type and use
  7. EC-1 Energy Form
