- Subdivision Approval Number
- Site plan for commercial and cluster/condo development approval(s)
- Plot Plan
- The plot plan must show district/lot setbacks and location of the project.
- Driveway Permit Application
- Septic ISDS Approval Number
- Plans should have two sets, one to scale at 24x36 and another to scale at 11x17
- Should include:
- Foundation
- Floor Plan
- Elevation
- Frame Detail
- For Commercial, list building type and use
- EC-1 Energy Form
