PERMIT FEES:
Building Permit: New Construction,1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $100.00 permit application fee.
Building Permit: Any Construction,1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Building Permit under $1500.00: $50.00 permit application fee only.
Plumbing Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Electrical Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Mechanical Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Generator Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Fence Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Sign Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Pool Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Solar Array Permit: 1% of the estimated cost of construction plus $50.00 permit application fee.
Demolition Permit: Minor under 200 sf. $50.00.
Demolition Permit: Major 200 sf of greater. $100.00.
Demolition Permit: Non-Residential. $200.00.
Temporary Structures: under 200 sf. $50.00.
Temporary Structures: 200 sf of greater. $100.00.
Driveway Permit: Residential $300.00.
Driveway Permit: Commercial, Business, $300.00.
Flood Development Permit: $100.00
Change of Use Application: Home Occupation, $75.00.
Change of Use Application: Business, Commercial, $150.00.
Certificate of Occupancy: Residential, $50.00.
Certificate of Occupancy: Commercial, $100.00.
Certificate of Occupancy: Business, $100.00.
A.D.U Certificate of Occupancy: $50.00.
Certificate of Occupancy: Multi-Unit, $100.00 for up to 3 units, plus $25.00 each additional.
Heath Inspection: Residential, $75.00.
Heath Inspection: Business, $100.00 for up to 3 units, plus $25.00 each additional.
PENALTIES:
Working without a Permit: Double the Permit Fee. Or permit fee plus $300.00. Whichever is less.
Re-inspection fee after 2nd failed Building Inspection: Residential, $50.00.
Re-inspection fee after 2nd failed Building Inspection: Others, $100.00.
Re-inspection fee after HOURS $75. per hour + travel.
Permit not Posted at time of inspection: $100.00.
Permit Renewal: $100.00.
Permit fees are non refundable.
