Happy New Year!

February

Family Skate Night — A fun night of ice-skating, s'mores and lights at the Brentwood Recreation Center outdoor ice rink. Weather-dependent. Stay tuned for details.

March

Town Meeting — Brentwood voters act as a legislative body at Town Meeting each year, approving the town budget and warrant articles.


April

Historical Society Open House — Visit the Brentwood Historical Society Museum to learn about the town's history at the first Open House of the season.

Field Clean-Up Day — Come on down for our spring field clean up day. Help get the fields ready for the coming sports seasons.

Town Clean-Up Day — Join the Conservation Commission in a volunteer effort to clean up your street, neighborhood or a designated location in town. Stay tuned for details.

Plant, Book & Bake Sale — The Brentwood Gardeners and the Friends of the MEB Library host this annual event.

Summer Reading Program — Kick-off a summer of reading fun with the MEB Memorial Library!


July

4th of July Parade — Celebrate Independence Day as a participant or parade-goer in this long-time spirited town event. Stay tuned for more parade information!

National Night Out — An annual community-building event bringing police and neighbors together in a partnership to promote safety in our neighborhoods and to ensure a caring place to live. Stay tuned for details.


September

Fall River Paddle — Enjoy touring the Exeter River and its abundance of natural beauty with fellow paddlers! All levels of paddlers welcome to join. A free event coordinated by the Town of Brentwood Recreation Department and volunteers from the community.


October

Trick or Treat — Have a fun and safe Halloween! Trick-or-treating is usually from 6-8pm on October 31st. See the Town Calendar for updates.


November

Veterans Day Ceremony — Ceremony at Tonry Cemetery. More information to come.

Toy Drive — Join the Brentwood Fire Department supporting families in need during the holiday season. Stay tuned for details.


December

Holiday Stroll — Two festive nights of music, food, friends and a holiday-themed walk through the Recreation Center trails. The Holiday Stroll is a community event organized by the Peach Project, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to combating food insecurity in NH. Visit The Peach Project on Facebook.

National Wreaths Across America Remembrance Ceremony — All residents, veterans, their friends and families are invited to commemorate the 200+ veterans buried in the Town of Brentwood cemeteries by placing a sponsored wreath on veterans' gravesites.

Santa Ride — Santa Claus makes a special visit to your neighborhood! Listen for lights and sirens as the Brentwood Fire Department drives Santa around town!
