By Car
Major roadways, Interstates 93 (I-93) and 95 (I-95) travel from Massachusetts into northern New Hampshire and Maine. NH 101 Expressway runs along the town’s northern boundary, providing access to and from Manchester and to the Seacoast. Brentwood exits from Route 101 are Exit 7 (Epping & Rte 125) and Exit 8 (North Road). Calef Road (Route 125) is the principal north/south road. Middle Road (Route 111A) runs east/west and bisects the town. Other east/west roads are North Road and South Road.
By Bicycle
Cyclists enjoy riding along scenic roads throughout the town. The Rockingham Rail Trail starts at Rockingham Junction on the Newmarket/Newfields town line and runs 25 miles along a converted railroad line to Manchester. The Fremont Branch of the Rockingham Rail Trail is an 18 mile multi-use trail from Epping to Windham. A trail entry is located nearby in Fremont, at 563 Main Street (near the intersection of NH-107 & NH-111A).

The COAST bus system provides regional transportation in the Seacoast region. There is no direct access to Brentwood. Look into Park & Ride options (for commuting)
By Train
The Exeter Station, served by the Amtrak Downeaster, is a short drive from Brentwood and provides access to stops in Maine and Boston.
