The Highway Shed is
currently only accepting
BRUSH and SCRAP METAL.
|
The Town of Brentwood has obtained permits for a transfer station at the Brentwood Highway Shed, located at 207 Middle Road. However, the operator licenses obtained limit the materials that may be accepted at this location.
- The Brentwood Highway Shed's disposal service is available to all residents.
- Please be considerate and only dispose of accepted items. (The bulky goods dumpster is no longer available.)
- Do not leave items by the dumpsters or in front of the gate.
- Please be mindful that items not permitted cannot be disposed of properly at the Town’s facility thus using tax dollars to pay the disposal fee, plus labor for the department’s time.
Disposal Stickers
Disposal stickers are required for ALL ITEMS. Residents must obtain stickers PRIOR TO DISPOSAL and present the sticker(s) to the Highway Shed attendant at the time of disposal.
Stickers are available at the Selectboard’s Office only; they will NOT be available at the Highway Shed.
